This project is an attempt to take a fresh look at the city in which I live. Learn to notice interesting details in the space around us — colors, shapes, patterns of light and shadow; even if it is a completely ordinary and unremarkable structure at first glance, such as a concrete fence or a garage roof.

I walked past each of these objects countless times, not paying any attention to them, until I made a conscious effort to slow down and try to rediscover these objects. In doing so, I discovered that the ordinary can become unusual, and the overlooked can reveal its hidden beauty.
